Shipping Overview
HALO currently ships FREE within the United States.
PRE-ORDERS
Certain items may be offered as pre-orders. Estimated ship dates will be provided on the product page.
Pre-order timelines are estimates and may shift due to production or transit factors.
Orders containing pre-order items will ship once inventory becomes available. By placing a pre-order you agree to the stated timeline.
Wholesale Orders
Wholesale orders are currently processed and shipped within approximately 3–4 weeks from order confirmation.
As each order is prepared with care, fulfillment timelines may vary slightly based on order volume. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way and notify you as soon as your order ships.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page.
Once fulfilled, orders ship via USPS or UPS and typically arrive within 3–7 business days depending on destination.
You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages
